大宗物資之運送

大宗貨物 (bulk cargoes) 例如：穀類、大豆、小麥、糖漿、
煤、礦石 、 水泥、原 油 、汽油等 屬 農礦產 品， 以散裝 輪 (bulk

carrier) 載運，不採貨櫃運輸。貨物裝卸諸多採導管輸送或輸送

帶輸送 (pipeline or conveyor)。買方對大宗貨物係自行洽船，
買方與船東或運送人簽訂傭船契約，船方不負擔裝載費，要另洽

收該項費用。依 FAS 條規，裝載費要由買方負擔。依契約自由
傭船運送之場合，貨物堆積或平艙費用 (stowed and trimmed)，

買賣契約亦可合意約定由何方負擔。

在傭船或租船契約，買方與船東或運送人簽訂運送契約，

在 FAS 之條件下，若使用 Free Out，此“Free＂表示傭船或

租船契約不包括卸載作業 (discharging operation) 所發生之
費用，船東或運送人要向買方洽收卸載作業費，因為賣方之責

任僅止於貨物交付至船邊，不負責貨物之裝卸載。契約使用
Free In ，此 “ Free ＂表示傭船或租船契約不包括裝載作業
(loading operation) 所發生之費用，船東或運送人也要向買方

洽收裝載作業費。

The charter party will be concluded between the seller and the
shipowner on terms “Free Out”, when the word “Free” means that
discharging operations are not included in the charter party hire. In
such case , the charter party may make clear that the loading
operation is also “free” to the shipowner.
