四、貨物到達進口地後進口商以書面通知押匯銀行方可付款。例如：

It is a condition of this credit that payment will not be effected until
after arrival of the vessel and discharge of merchandise in the port indicated

in this credit， and clearance of the merchandise. Therefore you must also
present your signed letter addressed to us authorizing us to release the

relative documents to Pan American Trade Development Corp.

2 Park Avenue, New York, N.Y.10016, “FREE OF PAYMENT”, so
that they may clear the merchandise on arrival and after discharge from

vessel, and authorize payment to us in writing.

五、貨物到達並經過進口商同意後 180 天付款

Terms of payment：Documents value to be paid against a draft due 180

days from date of arrival of vessel to U.S. Port, This draft will be accepted
by our customers only.

六、信用狀僅保證部分貨款，其餘須檢驗合格方能付款

75% of your commercial invoice value is payable against the above
stipulated documents and the remaining 25% will be payable only after

receipt by Chemical Bank of advice from XYZ Import Co.Inc. that the goods
have been passed on first inspection by the U.S. Department of health

education and welfare food and drug administration.

七、開狀銀行取得外匯始可付款

On receipt of documents tendered under this credit we will establish a
deposit for the Nigerian pounds equivalent of the draft amount. We will hold

the said deposit to your order until release of the relative foreigh exchange
