例二：信用狀規定最後裝船日期卻在信用狀有效日期之後
This credit is force until May 15, 2009.

B/L must be dated not later than June 1, 2009.

二、信用狀未表明裝船日期或其數量另行通知者：國外進口商因觀望市
場變化，或其經銷商訂貨未確定或擔心碼頭工人罷工無人卸貨遭受

損失，或基於其他理由在 L/C 上未表明裝船日期，數量另行通知，

萬一情勢演變對進口商不利時，國外開狀銀行可能不通知裝船日
期，該信用狀根本不能押匯，類此信用狀，實與可撤銷信用狀無
異。

例一：Shipping schedule in this credit is subject to amendment and no

drawing will be honored until further advised on method of
shipping.

例二：This credit is available for negotiation only upon receipt of an
amendment from credit issuing bank in the form of an

authenticated cable nomination the quantity of goods to be
shipped for each shipment and the name of carrying vessel on

which the goods are to be shipped and its sailing date, and copy
of such cable must accompany with other documents for

negotiation.

三、貨物之樣品須先經進口商認可後，始可裝船。例如：

Beneficiary must airmail shipping samples to accountee for approval at

least ten days before shipment and a certificate of approval issued by

accountee and duly countersigned by authorized signaturies of credit issuing
bank must accompany with other documents for negotiation.
