90 進出口貿易與押匯實務疑難問題解析 (首篇)

據此，依據國際商會 ICC 最近發表之 Publication No.681 即國際銀行標準
實務 (ISBP) 有關「單據之名稱及合併單據」第 41 項解釋如下：

41. Documents may be titled as called for in the credit, bear a similar title,or be
untitled. For example,a credit requirement for a “Packing List”may also be satisfied

by a document containing packing details whether titled “Packing Note”, “Packing
and Weight List”, etc., or an untitled document. The content of a document must

appear to fulfil the function of the required document.
意譯：

41.單據得冠以信用狀要求之名稱，類似名稱，或不冠名稱。例如，信
用狀要求“Packing List”(包裝單) 時，則只要單據包含包裝之明細，無論該單

據冠以“Packing Note”(包裝說明)、“Packing and Weight List”(包裝及重量單)

等名稱，或未冠名稱，均符合信用狀之要求。單據之內容必須顯示符合所需
單據之功能。

四、根據銀行出口押匯實務：

包裝單與重量單係商業發票之補充文件，因此單據名稱皆 以
Packing/Weight List 併稱，為避免上述開狀銀行無理解釋，今後辨理出口押

匯時，單據標題上把 Packing / Weight List 字眼劃掉即可。
