This Clause shall operate during the whole period covered by the policy.

平安險條款
除非承運之船舶或駁船曾經擱淺、沉沒、或火焚外本保險對於單獨

海損不負賠償責任。惟貨物在裝卸或轉船時，所發生之整件滅失，本保

險照該件保險金額賠償之，貨物之滅失或毀損可合理諉因於火災、爆
炸、碰撞或承運之船舶，駁船或其他運輸工具與水以外之外界任何物體

(包括冰在內) 觸碰，或在避難港卸貨者，本保險負賠償責任。又如在中
途港或避難港因起岸、存倉及轉運所發生之特別費用且為英國標準海上

保險單水漬險條款所認賠者，本保險亦負賠償責任。
本條款在本保險單全部承保期間內適用之。

水漬險條款 (Average Clause)

6. Warranted free from average under the percentage specified in the policy,
unless general, or the vessel or craft be stranded, sunk or burnt, but

notwithstanding this warranty the Underwriters are to pay the insured

value of any package which may be totally lost in loading, transhipment
or discharge, also for any loss of or damage to the interest insured which

may reasonably be attributed to fire, explosion, collision or contact of the
vessel and/or craft and/or conveyance with any external substance (ice

included) other than water, or to discharge of cargo at a port of distress.
This Clause shall operate during the whole period covered by the policy.
