(b) resulting from strikers, lock-outs, labour disturbances, riots or civil

commotions.
Should Clause No.13 be deleted, the relevant current Institute Strikes

Riots and Civil Commotions Clauses shall be deemed to form part of this
insurance.

本保險特約對：(A)罷工者、雇主拒納之工人，及參與工潮騷擾及民
眾暴動等所致者。(B)罷工、停工、工潮、民眾暴動或騷擾之結果。
所引致之滅失或毀損，本保險均不負賠償責任。

本條如經刪除，則現行之有關協會罷工暴動及騷擾條款，視作本保

險之一部分。

合理迅速行動條款 (Reasonable Despatch Clause)

16.It is a condition of this insurance that the Assured shall act with
reasonable despatch in all circumstance within their control.

被保險人在其所能控制一切情勢下，應作合理迅速之處置，此為本

保險之條件。
協會條款除上述十四條之外，最後尚有一段「附言」(Note) 如下：

NOTE.－It is necessary for the Assured when they become aware of an
event which is “held covered” under this insurance to give prompt notice to

Underwriters and the right to such cover is dependent upon compliance with
this obligation.

當被保險人得知有本保險規定保留承保之事項時，應儘速通知保險

人，而此項得要求承保之權利即基於此項通知義務之履行。
