stranding, heavy weather or fire unless caused directly (and
independently of the nature of the voyage or service which the vessel

concerned or, in the case of a collision, any other vessel involved therein,
is performing) by a hostile act by or against a belligerent power; and for

the purpose of this warranty “power” includes any authority maintaining
naval, military or air forces in association with a power.

Further warranted free from the consequences of civil war, revolution,
rebellion, insurrection, or civil strife arising thereform, or piracy.

Should Clause No.12 be deleted, the relevant current Institute war
Clauses shall be deemed to form part of this insurance.

本保險特約對因捕獲、扣押、逮捕、阻止或阻留及其結果，或任何
有關之企圖所致之滅失或毀損，及不論宣戰與否之敵對或戰爭行為之結

果所致之滅失或毀損，均不負責。但除因直接受交戰權力之敵對行為 (不
究其當時航行或任務性質為何，或碰撞時對方船舶之用途為何) 所致者

外，其因碰撞或觸撞固定或浮動物體 (水雷及魚雷除外) 擱淺、惡劣氣
候，或火災所致之滅失或毀損，本保險仍負賠償責任。

本條所稱權利，包括擁有海、陸、空軍與武力有關之當局。
再經特約本保險對因內戰、革命、反抗、叛亂之結果，或其引致之

內爭，或海上劫掠所致之滅失或毀損，亦不負賠償責任。
本條如經刪除，則現行之有關協會兵險條款，視作本保險之一部

分。
