of affreightment, but shall in no case be deemed to extend to cover loss
damage or expense proximately caused by delay or inherent vice or nature of

the subject matter insured.
本保險自所承保貨物起運離開保險單所載地點之倉庫或儲存處所時

開始生效，並於正常之運輸過程中繼續生效，以迄運送至下述地點：
(甲) 本保險單所載目的地之受貨人或其他最終倉庫或儲存處所。

(乙) 本保險單所載目的地或中途之任何其他倉庫或儲存處所而被保
險人用作：(1)通常運輸過程以外之儲存，或(2)貨物之分派或配

送。或
(丙) 以所保貨物自海船在最終卸貨港卸載完畢後起算屆滿六十天。

前述三種情形，不論何種先行發生，本保險即行失效。
如所保貨物自海船在最終卸貨港卸載完畢以後，而在本保險失效以

前，將貨物運往本保險單所規定以外其他目的地。則本保險之效力，除
仍受前述終止規定之限制外，並於貨物開始運往其他目的地之時起失

效。
本保險之效力，(除受前述規定而終止，及第二條運送終止條款之限

制外)，在下列情形下仍繼續有效：「即為被保險人所無法控制之延遲，
船舶駛離航線，被迫卸載，重行裝船或轉船，及由於船主或船舶租用人

行駛運送契約所授權而變更航程期間。」惟無論如何本保險不包括主因
由於延遲，固有瑕疵，或貨物本質所致之滅失、毀損或費用。

運送終止條款 (Termination of Adventure Clause)

2. If owing to circumstances beyond the control of the Assured either the
contract of affreightment is terminated at a port or place other than the

destination named therein or the adventure is otherwise terminated before
