                       departure (as specifically allowed, or within the geographical area or range
                       stated in the credit), such documents are acceptable, provided that they cover

                       the dispatch of goods on the same aircraft and same flight and are destined
                       for the same airport of destination. In the event that  more than one air

                       transport document is presented incorporating  different dates of  shipment,
                       the latest of these dates of shipment will be taken for the calculation of any

                       presentation  period and  must fall on or before the latest shipment date
                       specified in the credit.

                           若信用狀禁止部分裝運,而提示一套以上之航空運送單據涵蓋自一
                       或一以上起運機場之發送 (為信用狀所特別允許,或在規定之地理區域或

                       範圍內),只要該等單據涵蓋之貨物發送均由同一飛機,且同一班次,並
                       運往同一目的地機場,則該等單據可以接受。如提示一套以上之航空運

                       送單據各含不同之裝運日期,則以其中最遲之裝運日期作為提示單據期
                       間之計算基準,但該裝運日期絕不可遲於信狀規定之最遲裝運日。
