1. 複合運送單據 (MULTIMODAL-TRASPORT DOCUMENT)
原文

80.If a credit prohibits partial shipments and more than one set of

original multimodal transport documents are presented covering shipment,
dispatch or taking in charge from one or more points of origin (as

specifically allowed, or within the geographical area of range stated in the
credit), such documents are acceptable, provided that they cover the

movement of goods on the same means of conveyance and same journey and
are destined for the same destination. In the event that more than one set of

multimodal transport documents are presented and if they incorporate
different dates of shipment, dispatch of taking in charge, the latest of these

dates will be taken for the calculation of any presentation period and such
date must fall on or before any latest date of shipment, dispatch or taking in

charge specified in the credit.

若信用狀禁止部分裝運，且提示一套以上之正本複合運送單據涵蓋
自一或一以上起點之裝運、發送、或接管 (為信用狀所特別允許，或在敘

明之地理區域或範圍內)，只要涵蓋貨運之運送均由同一運輸工具，且同
一航次，並運往同一目的地，則該等單據可以接受。如提示一套以上之

複合運送單據，且若各含不同之裝運、發送、或接管日期，則以其中最
遲之日期作為提示單據期間之計算基準，但該日期絕不可遲於信用狀規

定之最遲裝運、發送或接管日。
