本公司為一貿商，經營各類雜貨外銷中東、非洲等地，最近接獲埃

及某銀行所開來之信用狀，其中對於海運提單之規定如下：
1. Full set clean “on board” Marine Bills of Lading to the Order of

Issuing Bank Marked ”freight prepaid” and credit number and notify
applicant.

2. Bills of Lading indicated ”Free In” and ”Free Out” not acceptabse.
3. Bills of Lading indicated any charges referring to the article 26 (C)

in The UCP 600 is not accept able.

本公司於發貨後取得提單，經檢視發現提單上除載明 ”Freignt
Prepaid” 外， 另於 運費 用細 欄中 加註 ”All handling cost in cluding

reloading empty container are for receiver account”，就該提單所載事項，
請問：

1. 該提單是否構成「非清潔提單」(unclean bills of lading？)
2. UCP600 26 (C) 之規定係指何事？請說明之。而提單上有關運費

之記載是否符合該規定，亦請說明之。
