ref. to Article 16 of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits,
pub. 600 (if L/C not expired). If L/C expired, Uniform Rules for Collection, pub

522, to apply.”】﹔僅表明“FOR COLLECTION”並不足以構成單據之處理依

另對於「送請認可 (FOR APPROVAL)」之單據，倘開狀銀行未依
UCP500 第 14 條 d 項 (註：UCP600 第 16 條 d 項) 之規定，於收到單據後七個

營業日 (註：UCP600 規定為五個銀行營業日) 內表明拒付，視為開狀銀行已
