本公司係專業燈飾出口商，產品皆在大陸及越南地區生產，外銷歐

美各地，最近買方開出信用狀乙紙，並附其特別條款內容如下：
“Certificate signed by government official, stating that if any solid

wood packing material was used, it has been heat treated, fumigated or
treated with preservatives. Original fumigation certificated must be

surrendered to consolidator prior to the booking of cargo. If no wood
packing material was used, the statement, this shipment contains no solid

wood packing material, must be on the commercial invoice and B/L.”
本公司對此條款不甚瞭解，因此請詳加說明之。

一、該條款之中文意義為：

「由政府正式簽署之證明書，聲明如有任何木質包裝，其所使用材

料業已加熱處理過，或以煙燻保存處理。煙燻證明正本於裝船洽訂艙位
前，交予運送承攬業者。若未使用木質材料包裝，在商業發票及提單上

必須聲明該此裝船並未使用木質材料包裝。」此上述之包裝條款，意即

出口產品如使用有木質材料包裝 (如木箱、木夾層等) 則須依信用狀規
定，提出政府 (官方) 之證明，證明內容為其使用於包裝之木質材料係加

熱處理過或經煙燻過，而且其煙燻證明於裝船要交予船公司 (或承攬
