合國貿易暨發展協會 (UNC TAD) 於 1968 年提出討論謀求改進，直
至 1978 年始說服一向保守的英國，遂在 1981 年倫敦保險人協會

(Institute of London Under writers) 終於制定了貨物運輸保險新保單
及新協會條款，內容格式簡潔易懂。此項新措施在倫敦保險市場自

1982 年 1 月 1 日起開始使用，新條款推出以來已歷數年，但事實上
並未在世界各地完全取代舊條款，目前新舊條款仍然並行使用。茲

將新舊保險單之保險條款標題列示於後供讀者參考。
A. 舊保險條款 (1963 年) 由下列 14 條條文構成

1. 運輸條款 (Transit Clause，合併倉庫到倉庫條款，Incorporating
Warehouse to Warehouse Clause)

2. 運送終止條款 (Termination of Adventure Clause)
3. 駁運條款 (Craft & C.Clause)

4. 變更航程條款 (Change of Voyage Clause)
5. F.P.A W、A 或 All Risks 條款

6. 推定全損條款 (Constructive Total Loss Clause)

7. 共同海損條款 (General Average Clause)
8. 適航性承認條款 (Seaworthiness Admitted Clause)
9. 受託人條款 (Bailee Clause)

10.不適用條款 (Not to Insure Clause)

11.雙方過失碰撞條款 (Both to Blame Collision Clause)
12.不保捕獲及扣押條款 (F.C& S Clause)

13.保罷工暴動險條款 (F.S.R & C.C.Clause)
