(ii) an authority or other third party to whom, pursuant to law or regulations
applicable at the port of loading, the goods must be handed over for shipment;

(b) until the time he has delivered the goods：
(i) by handing over the goods to the consignee; or

(ii) in cases where the consignee does not receive the goods from the carrier,
by placing them at the disposal of the consignee in accordance with the contract or

with the law or with the usage of the particular trade, applicable at the port of
discharge; or

(iii) by handing over the goods to an authority or other third party to whom,
pursuant to law or regulations applicable at the port of discharge, the goods must be

handed over.

第四條 (責任期間)

1. 依本公約運送人對貨物應負責任之期間，包括自運送人於裝載港將貨

物置於其實力支配下時起，經運送全程，迄於卸載港為止之期間。

(a) 其從下列之人之一，受領貨物時起：

(i) 託運人，或其代理人；或
