                             二、針對所提之問題，受益人 (台灣) 出具製造國 (中國大陸) 之產地證明是
                                 否符合 L/C 要求，國際商會意見如下：

                                 A certificate  of origin issued by the chamber of commerce in country B
                             showing goods of country G origin would meet the requirements of the credit.  If the

                             issuing bank expected to receive a certificate issued by the chamber of commerce of
                             country G， the credit should have specified that the document be issued by the

                             chamber of commerce in the country of manufacture.  There is no discrepancy.

                                 中譯：
                                 由在 B 國之商會簽發表明貨物原產地 G 國之原產地證明書應符合信用

                             狀之要求。如開狀銀行期待 G 國之商會簽發證明書，信用狀應規定該項單據
                             由在製造國之商會簽發。

                                 無瑕疵。
                                 據此，根據上述詮釋，若信用狀對產地證明書之簽發人未規定時，銀行

                             將就受益人所提示之文件可以照單接受。所以押匯銀行應替貴公司據理力爭

                             權益才對。
