此記內容必須涵蓋 1. 已裝船字眼 (On Board)；2. 裝船日期 (Date)。若提
單上註明之裝載港不同於 L/C 規定之裝載港 (Port of Loading) 或裝載港前

註明「預定」時則其裝載註記必須加註；3. 裝載港名稱；4. 船名 (包括航
次)。若信用狀上特別規定「裝船註記」需裝運人簽署，則 On Board

Notation 處必須有裝運人或其代理人簽署。

至於來函所稱「裝載註記」在 L/C 上規定，必須加註“Port of Loading 港

口名稱”，而貴公司提示之提單之裝載註記僅註明港口名稱 (香港)，未加
註。“Port of Loading”之字眼被拒付乙事，國際商會之意見如下：

Whilst inclusion of the word “port of loading”place added emphasis on the
information contained in the on board notation, there is no specific requirement for

these words to appear if the place specified is the port mentioned in the credit or is
within any given range for which a port may be chosen (i.e. shipment from any

European port).

裝船註記須包含信用狀所規定裝載港時，是否須加註“Port of Loading”之
文字，並無明確之要求，只要裝船註記所表明之裝載港，係信用狀所規定之

裝載港或所規定一定範圍內之裝載港即可。
其實，開狀銀行拒付之理由實屬未妥。押匯銀行應向開狀銀行提出抗

辯，以維護出口商之權益。
