我認為外資公司在投資台灣時,一定會方便
許多。
當然這種事不是一朝一夕可成,據我所
知,就連新加坡也花了 10 年以上才成為雙
語國家。
Q2:如果台灣成為了雙語國家,它在亞洲
的角色會如何變化?
Ans:你一旦同時掌握英語和中文,你就
是東西方溝通的橋樑,香港之前就一直扮演
這個角色。而且我認為,只要台灣的英語能
力夠好,人們就會把台灣當成在亞洲做生意
的基地,如此一來,台灣的重要性一定會大
幅提升。
大國永遠不會是溝通橋樑,能當橋樑的
國家永遠都是夾在中間的小國。美國從沒當
過,中國也從來沒有;反觀台灣不但夠小,也
應該夠靈活,雙語計畫一旦成功,它就會成為
