一、內部控制自我評估之定義

內部稽核協會對內控自評有如下定 義 ：
內控自評 是 一 過 程， 經 由此 一 過 程， 檢 視及評估內部控制之有 效
性，內控自評之目 的 在對 達 成 組織目標提供 合 理保證。

員組 成 之 工 作小組執行內控之評估，並強調執行範 圍 遍 及所有組織目

標 ( 如 利 潤 極 大 化、 客 戶 服 務 優質 化、提 升生產 及作業流程 效率 與 效
果、法 令 規章之 遵循 、 財 報之可 靠 性、資 產 之保全等等 ) ，以 達 到 如

下目標：
1. 有 效 辨識 風險 因素 及重要風險 曝 險。
