買賣雙方應遵循買賣契約規定及依聯合國關於國際貨物買
賣契 約公約 (United Nations Convention on Contracts for

the International Sales of Goods, CISG)。依據 CISG 第 30

條之規定，賣方必須交付貨物、交付表彰貨物財產之單據或任
何相關單據。依據第 53 條之規定，買方必須依據契約及本公

約支付貨物價款及提領貨物 26 。世界主要貿易國家都加入
