六、CFR 交易之爭議事件

【案例一】

信用狀交易，台灣廠商銷售一批貨物到法國且以 FOB 報
價，海上運送，提單將顯示運費待收 (freight collect)。但台

灣廠商收到法國開狀銀行其簽發之信用狀要求提單顯示「運費
付訖 (freight prepaid) 且以買方為提單上之託運人 (shipper)」，

台灣廠商檢視信用狀之內文時，對提單之規定，應注意那些事
項？

 一般信用狀交易，對海上運送之提單規定：

“ Full set clean on board Bill of Lading made out to
order of … (the issuing bank) … marked freight prepaid/

(or collect) , notify ... (the applicant) …with full address.＂
