至於上述所要求之證明書，只要發貨人向船公司或其代理商直接索
取即可 (如附件)。雖然船舶所隸屬公司不同，然其證明書之內容，卻大

致相同。茲舉例說明於後：
「To whom it may concern：

1. Name of Vessel: ville De Pluton Built In 1996
2. Nationality of Vessel:Germany

3. Owner/Operator of Vessel:Compagnie Maritime D’Affretement
(C.M.A.)

4. The undersigned does hereby declare on behalf of the owner, Master
for Agent of the above named vessel that said vessel is not registered

in Israel or owned by nationals or residents of Israel and will not call
at or pass through the Israeli port enroute of Saudi Arabia.

5. The undersigned further declares that said vessel is otherwise
eligible to enter into the ports of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in

conformity with its laws and regulations.

6. Dated at Taipei, Taiwan on the 6th of Dec. 2003 sworn to before me,
this 6th of Dec.2003

意譯如后：
1. 船名，建造日期。

2. 船舶國籍。
3. 船舶所屬船公司名稱。

4. 聲明事項，聲明該船舶既非在以色列註冊亦非以色列國家或居民所
有，而且於駛往沙烏地阿拉伯途中不會停靠或經由以色列港口。
