                           Where any insured item consists of article in a pair or set this policy is
                       not to pay more than the value of any particular part or parts which may be

                       lost or damaged, without reference to any special value which such article or
                       articles  may have as part of value  of the pair  or set nor more than a

                       proportionate part of the insured value of the pair or set.


                       八、標籤條款 (Label Clause)

                           貨物水險保險單上貼用之標籤條款有兩種,均為承保罐頭食品或類

                       似貨物時用,這類貨物之辨認及銷售常因其罐外所貼標籤受損而受影響
                       時,當貨物與水分接觸時,標籤則易受損壞或脫落。最常用之標籤條款

                       為排除標籤損或滅失當作全損之索賠,而將保險公司之責任局限於賠償

                       再貼標籤與再包裝之費用。另一種較少用之標籤條款則排除標籤毀損或
                       滅失之索賠,除非起因於船舶擱淺、沉沒、火焚、碰撞或與水以外之實
                       體接觸。下面為完全免除標籤破損之賠償責任之標籤條款條文:

                           Label Clause (Exempted)

                           Warranted free from all claims in consequence of labels being washed
                       off or damage.


                       九、港口稽延條款 (Port Delay Clause)


                           普通貨物水險多為按航程承保,並不重視時間因素,故協會貨物水
                       險條款中,以前有所謂“Warehouse to warehouse Clause”,即承保有效期

                       為自起運地碼頭倉庫直至目的港碼頭為止。此條款後來併入“Transit
                       Clause”內,將承保期限更延長至在目的港碼頭倉庫內,如貨主在無法控

                       制下,未能即時報關提貨,則自卸載完畢起算可有六十天限期。在此期
                       間保險仍舊有效。
