本公司為一貿易商，專作中東地區生意，主要出口裝飾鐘至中東各
國，日前曾接獲中東某一國家所開之信用狀，其中有一條款規定：

“Beneficiary’s certified copy of fax/telex dispatched to the accountee
within 24 hours after shipment advising name of the vessel, date, quantity,

weight and value of shipment… ”，本公司於押匯時以提示受益人之證明
書 (beneficiary’s certificate) 同時於證明書中證明 “We hereby certify that

we have sent full of non-negotiable shipping documents directly to
(applicant’s name) by courier service and fax within 24 hours after

shipment” 而遭開狀銀 行以單據 不符信用 狀要求之 理由拒絕 付 款
(Unpaid)，令本公司不解，因此請問開狀銀行拒付之理由是否恰當？
