CFR 僅適用於海運或內陸水路運送。賣方必須於約定期

日或期間內，在裝載港船上交貨。貨物在買方指定裝載港裝載
上船舶時，即屬賣方交貨予買方。自該時點起買方承擔貨物滅
失或毀損之一切風險。貨物運送至目的港之運費由賣方支付。

賣方須於規定之時間或期間，將貨物裝載於買方指定裝載
港之船舶上，或購買已裝上船舶之貨物交由買方處置。
