本公司頃接信用狀經檢視內容後，始發現為一張“Stand-By Letter of

Credit”。其內容條款比一般跟單信用狀規定簡單，茲將其主要內容摘錄
如下：

─Expiry date：Oct. 15, 2009 at our counters.
─Payment Conditions：deferred at 30 days from B/L date.

The Stand － By Letter of Credit is available against presentation of
beneficiary’s receipt accompanied by：

─Negotiable 4 copies of signed Commercial lnvoice.
─Copy of Bill of Lading.

─Beneficiary’s Written statement, certifying that they delivered the ordered

goods to applicant and that the applicant have failed to fulfil their payment
and obligation.
