154 進出口貿易與押匯實務疑難問題解析 (肆篇)

the goods hereby insured at such port or place, whichever shall first occur,
or

9.2 if the goods are forwarded within the said period of 60 days (or any
agree extension thereof) to the destination named herein or to any other

destination, until terminated in accordance with the provisions of Clause 8
above.

倘在被保險人無法控制情形下，運送契約因故在其所載明目的地以
外之港口或地點終止時或運送因故在貨物未能如前所述第(八)條規定交貨

前終止時，本保險單之效力亦同時中止，除非被保險人於獲悉後立即通
知保險人及要求繼續承保並同意繳付應加收之保險費，本保險單得繼續

有效至下述情形之ㄧ時為止：

1. 迄至貨物在該港或該地出售交付後為止，或如無特別之協定，迄
至所保貨物自海輪抵達該港或該地後起算，以不超過六十天為限，不論
何種情形已先發生者為準。

2. 如貨物在六十天期限以內 (或同意延長承保期限內) 仍須運至保險

單原載之目的地，或其他目的地，則本保險單之效力，依照前述第(八)條
所規定情形發生時終止。

第十條 變更航程條款 (change of voyage Clause)

10.where, after attachment of this insurance, the destination is changed
by the Assured, held covered at a premium and on conditions to be arranged

subject to prompt notice being given to the Underwriters.

本保險開始生效以後，被保險人變更其目的地者，在被保險人立即
通知保險人，並另行洽加保險費之前提下，本保險繼續承保。
