6.3 derelict mines torpedoes bombs or otherderelict weapons of war.
本保險不承保下列危險事故引起的損失或費用：

1. 因戰爭、內戰、革命、叛亂、顛覆或其引起之內爭，或交戰國武
力或其對抗之任何敵對行為。

2. 因捕獲、扣押、拘留、禁止或扣留及其結果或任何威脅企圖。
3. 遺棄的水雷、魚雷、炸彈或其他遺棄戰爭武器。

第七條 罷工不保條款
7. In no case shall this insurance cover loss damage or expense

7.1 caused by strikers, locked-out workmen, or persons taking part in
labour disturbances, riots or civil commotions

7.2 resulting from strikes, lock-outs, labour disturbances, riots or civil
commotions.

7.3 cause by any terrorist or any person acting from a political motive.

1. 因參與罷工、停工、工潮、暴動或民眾騷擾結果引起者。
2. 因罷工、停工、工潮、暴動或民眾騷擾結果引起者。

3. 因任何恐怖份子或任何挾有政治動機者之行動引起者。

第八條 運輸條款 (Transit Clause)

8. 8.1 This insurance attaches from the time the goods leave the
warehouse or place of storage at the place named herein for the

commencement of the transit, continues during the ordinary course of transit
and terminates either

8.1.1 on delivery to the Consignees′ or other final warehouse or place
of storage at the destination named herein,
