第六條 戰爭危險 (兵險) 不保條款 (War Exclusion Clause)

A 款險：
6. In no case shall this insurance cover loss damage or expense caused

by

6.1 war civil war revolution rebellion insurrection, or civil strife arising
thereform, or any hostile act by or against a belligerent power.

6.2 capture seizure arrest restraint or detainment (piracy excepted), and
the consequences thereof or any attempt thereat.

6.3 derelict mines torpedoes bombs or other derelict weapons of war.
本保險不承保下列危險事故引起的損失或費用：

1. 因戰爭、內戰、革命、判亂、顛覆，或其引起之內爭，或交戰國
武力或其對抗之任何敵對行為。

2. 因捕獲、扣押、拘留、禁止或扣留 (海上劫掠除外)，及其結果或
任何威脅企圖。

3. 遺棄的水雷、魚雷、炸彈或其他遺棄戰爭武器。
B 及 C 款險：
