本保險不保下列各項損失及費用：
1. 得歸於被保險人的故意過失引起的損失或費用。

2. 被保險標的物之正常的滲漏，正常的失重或失量，或正常的耗
損。

3. 被保險標的物的不良或不當包裝或配置引起的損失或費用。(本款
所謂的包裝包括在貨櫃或貨車內之堆置，但以此種堆置於本保險開始前

已完成或由被保險人或其雇用人所為者為限)。
4. 被保險標的物之固有瑕疵或本質引起的損失及費用。

5. 主因為延滯引起的損失或費用，包括由承保之危險引起的延滯在
內。(依第(二)條共同海損條款可予賠付的費用則不在此限)。

6. 由於船舶之所有人、經理人、租船人或營運人的破產或債務拖欠
引起的損失或費用。

7. 任何人員之蓄意不當行為引起被保險標的物之全部或部分損害或

破壞。
8. 任何使用原子，核子分裂及/或組合或其類似反應或輻射力或物質
之武器引起被保險標的物之損失或費用。

C 款險：

4. In no case shall this insurance cover
4.1 loss damage or expense attributable to willful misconduct of the

4.2 ordinary leakage, ordinary loss in weight or volume, or ordinary

wear and tear of the subject-matter insured
4.3 loss damage or expense cause by insufficiency or unsuitability of
