1.2 至本保險單所載目的地或中途之任何其他倉庫或儲存處所而為被
保險人用作；

1.2.1 通常運輸過程以外之儲存，或
1.2.2 分配或分送，或

1.3 至所保貨物自海輪在最終卸貨港完成卸載後起算屆滿六十天。
上述三種終止情形，以其先發生者為準。

2. 如所貨物自海輪在最終卸貨港卸載完畢後，但在本保險失效以
前，將貨物運往本保險單所載明以外之目的地時，則本保險之效力，除

仍受前述終止規定之限制外，並於該貨物開始運往其他目的地之時起失
效。

3. 本保險之效力，除受前述規定而終止 (及第 9 條終止條款之限制)

外，在下列情形仍繼續有效；被保險人無法控制的延滯、船舶駛離航
線、被迫卸載、重行裝船或轉船，及由於船舶所有人或租用人行使運送
契約所授予的自由運輸權，而引起的危險變更者。

第九條 運送契約終止條款 (Termination of Contract of Carriage Clause)
9. If owing to circumstances beyond the control of the Assured either

the contract of carriage is terminated at a port or place other than the
destination named therein or the transit is otherwise terminated before

delivery of the goods as provided for in Clause 8 above, then this insurance
shall also terminate unless prompt notice is given to the Underwriters and

continuation of cover is requested when the insurance shall remain in force,

subject to an additional premium if required by the Underwriters, either
9.1 until the goods are sold and delivered at such port or place, or,

unless otherwise specially agreed, until the expiry of 60 days after arrival of
