In the event of claim the Assured shall provide the underwriters with
evidence of the amounts insured under all other insurances.

14.2 where this insurance is on Increased Value the following clause
shall apply：

The agreed value of the cargo shall be deemed to be equal to the total
amount insured

Under the primary insurance and all Increased Value insurances
covering the loss and effected on the cargo by the Assured,and liability

under this insurance shall be in such proportion as the sum insured herein
bears to such total amount insured.

In the event of claim the Assured shall provide the Underwriters with

evidence f the amounts insured under all other insurances.
1.若被保險人為本保險承保之貨物另行安排增值保險，則該貨物之約
定價值將被視為增至本保險與其他全部增值保險之保險金額之總和，而

本保險項下之責任將按其承保金額占全部保險金額之比例而定。

2.倘本保險係增值保險則必須適用下列條款：
貨物之約定價值將被視為等於原來保險與全部由被保險人安排承保

同樣損失增值保險之保險金額之總和，而本保險項下之責任將按其承保
金額占全部保險金額之比例而定。

索賠時，被保險人必須提出訂有其他保險金額證明予保險。

第十五條 不得受益條款 (Not to Inure Clause)

15. This insurance shall not inure to the benefit of the carrier or other
bailee.
運送人或其他受託人不得享受本保險之權益。
