19. This insurance is subject to English law and practice.

本保險悉依照英國法律及實務慣例辦理。

Note：－ It is necessary for the Assured when they become aware of an

event which is “held covered” under this insurance to the give prompt notice
to the Underwriters and the right to such cover is dependent upon

compliance with this obligation.
當被保險人得知有本保險規定「保留承保」之事項時，應儘速通知

保險人，而此項得要求續保之權利則基於此項通知義務的履行。
