2. 在一定之總金額內，自動回復使用：The amount paid under this
credit are again available to you automatically until the payments
reaches USDXXX.。

3. 按月自動循環回復使用，並累積使用：This credit is revolving for

amount drawn thereunder up to a maximum amount USDXXX per
month cumulative。
4. 按月自動循環回復使用，但不得累積使用：This credit is revolving

for amount drawn thereunder up to a maximum amount USDXXX per

month non-cumulative。

（九）跟單信用狀 (Documentary L/C) 與非跟單信用狀 (Clean

L/C)

信用狀使用時須提示裝運單據 (shipping documents) 者，謂之跟單
信用狀，通常使用於國際貿易貨款之清償者屬之；非跟單信用狀不須

提示裝運單據者，例如擔保信用狀、過去之旅行信用狀。

（十）原始信用狀 (Master L/C)、背對背信用狀 (Back-to-Back

L/C) 與本地信用狀 (Local L/C)

原始信用狀受益人 (通常為貿易商) 依據原始信用狀轉開信用狀給
國外或本地供應商。(轉開信用狀流程如下)
