 進口商安檢申報［ISF－10＋2］program

10 Plus 2 Program - Security Filing Requirement

 U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)［美國海關
及邊境保護局］

enforcement of the 10+2 regulations begins on January
26, 2010. The regulation requires importers and ocean

carriers to electronically submit additional data to CBP
on shipments destined to the United States.

 美國進口貨物 (regular cargo；US bound cargo)

 ISF-10［Importer Security Filing-10］

美 國 「進口 商 」必須 在 貨櫃於 國 外港口 裝船 之 24 小時
前，提供下列資料：

(1) 賣方名稱和地址 (Seller/Owner Name/Address)

(2) 買方名稱和地址 (Buyer/Owner Name/Address)

(3) 進口商證號 (Importer of Record Number)

(4) 收貨人證號 (Consignee Number)

(5) 收貨人名稱和地址 (Ship to Party)
