有條件付款保證書，只要受益人完全履行信用狀上所載之條件，

開狀銀行保證如期如數兌付價款。據此，貴公司所提示之押匯文
件若與 L/C 現定之嘜頭不符，當然可以拒付。

某信用狀對於裝船標誌 (Shipping Marks) 未予規定，而受益人提示單

據中，有關裝船標誌 (Shipping Marks) 之記載下：
提單上之記載：

● MADE IN INDONESIA

其他單據上之記載：

● PVC RESIN
● PT.SLAM MASPION

● POLYMERS
● MADE IN INDONESIA

此是否構成瑕疵？

The only omission was "PVC Resin" which is presumably the goods

being shipped under the letter of credit made no requirement as to the

wording of any shipping mark.
