有關 單據應使用 語文 之規定， UCP600 與 ISP98 不同。 ISP98

Rule 4.01 規定 受益 人應以 擔 保 函 之 語文簽 發一 切 單 據 (The

standby.) ；UCP600 則未有規定， 僅有 ISBP Paragraph 23 之實務 補
