發票上須 證明 某事件)，或與 該等單據由直 接關係 ( 例如：貨物金
額/數量差額之規定 )，此等 記載 仍屬單據條件 ，受益 人仍須 遵循 ，

國際 商會 對此 曾表 明：The fact that a requirement (documentary or
otherwise) appears within field 47A of a SWIFT 700 does not mean that

a bank can ignore the condition on t
list the required documents within
