二、國際商會 (ICC) 之 ISBP 中有關單據簽發之相關意見

（一）單據之名稱

單據之標 題 ( 名稱 ) 得為信用狀所要求者、類似者或 無 標

題 ，例如：一信用狀須提示 “ 包裝單 (Packing List)” ，則 載 有包
裝之相關 細節 ，而其標 題 為 “Packing Note” 、 “Packing and

Weight List” 等，或 無 標 題 之單據，皆已足，但單據之內容須
顯示能滿足所須單據之功能。 － ISBP paragraph 41
