(1) 須提示海運提單 (Marine B/L) ，但可接受複合提單
(Multimodal B/L) 。

(2) 貨物須運至 East London ( 一內陸地點 )
受益人提示一複合提單 (Multimodal B/L) ，

註明：卸貨港 (Port of Discharge) － Port Elizabeth
(port) ，交貨地 (Place of Delivery) － East London

(inland)
此是否構成瑕疵？

國際商會之分析與意見：
依據本信用狀規定貨物運至一內陸目的地，須提示

複合運送單據，倘提示海運提單則無法運
作。 ...“The credit, as issued, was unworkable if the

beneficiary had presented a marine (port-to-port) bill
of lading. The request for shipment to an inland

destination could only be achieved by the use of a
multimodal transport document.”

第 26 條 a 項 iii 款 a 目 ( 註： UCP600 第 19 條 a 項
iii 款 a 目 ) 規定：表明信用狀規定之接管地，該接

管地得不同於裝載港、機場或裝載地，且表明信用
狀規定之最終目的地，該最終目的地得不同於卸貨

港、機場或卸貨地。
