除信用狀 特別授權 外，保 險 經 紀 人所簽發之 投 保通知

【註 1 ：此為 UCP600 第 28 條 c 項之規定】

【註 2 ：倘一保險單據係以保險經紀人之用紙 (an
insurance broker’s stationery) 簽發，但以該保險單據業經

保險公司、保險人或其代理人簽署，是可以接受的，一
保險經紀人亦得以保險公司或保險人之標明代理人身分

簽署。－ ISBP paragraph 172 】
4. 如保 險 單據表明發行之正本 超 過一 份 時，所有正本 均

必 須提示。
【註：倘信用狀要求提示： original and one copy Insurance certificate for 110% ，則該保險單

據應如何簽發？

國際商會之意見：
… 為規避任何潛在之問題，當信用狀要求提示一份正本

保險單據時，應僅簽發一份正本（註﹕即要求保險公司
僅簽發一份正本）。

credit requires the presentation of one original insurance
