實務上，轉讓銀行辦理未加保兌之可轉讓信用狀之轉
讓時，在其所 拍 發之 MT720/721 電文上，通常會有下

列 註 記 ( 提 供參考 ) ：
40B 欄位 載明 “IRREVOCABLE WITHOUT OUR

CONFIRMATION” ，此亦為 SWIFT 用 戶手冊 之規定。
78 欄位 ( 寄單及 補 償之指示 ) 通常 記 載下 列各 項：

(1) 指示將單據寄送至轉讓銀行， 俾 第一受益人 替換 單
據，用語如：

“Documents drawn under this letter of transfer must
be forwarded to ○○ Bank (and address) for the

first beneficiary to substitu te his documents to draw
under the said credit.”

(2) 說 明單據將寄送開狀銀行 請求 確認及付款，並 聲 明
俟開狀銀行付款後，始對第二受益人付款，用語

如：
“Documents will be presente d to credit issuing bank

for approval and payment.”
“ Upon receipt of payment from the credit issuing

bank we will reimburse yo u in accordance with your
instructions.”
