In consideration of your releas ing for delivery to us or to our order the under-mentioned
goods, of which we claim to be the rightful owners, wi thout production of the relevant Bill(s) of
Lading (not as We hereby undertake and yet in our possession) agree to indemnity you full y against all consequences and/or
liabilities of any kind w
delivery and imm ediately on demend against all pay hatsoever directly or indirectly arising ments made by you in respect of such from or relatin g to the said
consequences and/or liabili ties, including costs as between solic itor and client and all or any
sums demanded by you for defe nce of any proceedings brought a gainst you by reason of the
delivery aforesaid.
And we further undertake and agree upon demand to pay any freight and/or General Average
and or charges due on the go ods aforesaid(it being expressly a greed and understood that all
liens shall subsist a nd unaffected by the terms hereof.).
And we further undertake and agree that imme diately the Bill(s) of Lad ing is/are received by
us we will deliver the same to you duly endorsed.
And we further undertake and agree that no statement relating to the conte nts, quality,
quantity, weight, numbers marks and/ or value of the packa ges inserted herein shal l limit in any
way our liability or t hat of the ba nkers hereunder.
