甲 、「裝運單據」－除匯票外，信用狀所要求之所有單

據 ( 不僅為運 送 單據 ) 。
乙 、「陳舊單據可以接受」－ 超逾 裝運日 後 21 曆 日 但 於

信用狀有效期限提示之單據可以接受。
丙 、「第三 者 單據可以接受」－除匯票外之所有單據

( 包含商業發票 ) ，由受益人以外之第三 者 簽發；倘
開狀銀行 欲 使運 送 單據之託運人 (Shipper) 得為受

益人以外之第三 者 ，不須使用此項 措辭 ，因 UCP500
第 31 條 iii 項已規定得 予 接受。

丁 、「出口國」－受益人之 居住 地、貨物之 原產 國、運
送 人接 管 地、裝運或發 送 地。

a) “shipping documents”-all documents (not only
transport documents), except drafts, required by the

credit.
b) “stale documents acceptable”- documents presented

later than 21 calendar da ys after the date of
shipment are acceptable as long as they are

presented no later than the expiry date for
presentation as stated in the credit.

c) “third party documents acceptable”-all documents,
excluding drafts but including invoices, may be

issued by a party other than the beneficiary. If it is
