信用狀條款之一為有 效 期 限 之 屆 至在開狀銀行之 櫃檯 ，因
此，單據最遲須於 1994.10.10 寄 至開狀銀行，此 外 ，單據須於

裝運日 起 10 日內提示，以信用狀 逾 期及 慢 提示為由拒付是有
