as a matter of principle a difference in the draft between the amount in

figures and the amount in letters is a discrepancy that justifies the

「商業發票」 (Commercial Invoice) 係指買 賣雙 方於交易成 立

後，賣方 ( 出口 商) 運交貨物時，由 賣方簽發予買方 ( 進口 商) 作
為貨物 清單及記載 與計算 價款之 帳單 的一種單 據；同時， 亦為出

口商對進口 商所發 的一種債 務通知 (notice of debt) ，在實務上 通常
為整套單 據之 中心 。茲分析其 簽發之相關要項如下：
