( 四 ) 適用要件
三項要件：1. 相關業務在當地主導管理；2. 附以適當及合
國際控股公司之規劃與運用
理之員工、處所及成本費用；3. 就所從事相關業務，當地公司

有從事核心營利活動 (core income generating activity)。

對於純控股 ( 沒有從事其他業務 ) 之公司要求如下：
(1) 遵守公司法相關申報要求 Complied with all applicable

fi ling requirements under the Companies Law

(2) 在當地有適當之員工及處所得以管理所持有之股權 Has
adequate human resources and premises in the Islands for

holding and managing equity participations in other entities
