We have entered into an expor t factoring agreement with
which provides factoring services in most of the leading trading
countries of the world. Such serv ices will relieve us of much of
our routine bookkeeping work and enable us to put our resources
to more productive use.
As a result of these arrangements all of our invoices to you will
bear a notice that payment th ereof is to be made to ( 進口帳款承購

) in your country. Thus (
